AB Circumstances sometimes require expert witnesses under oath to express opinions about opposing experts or professional colleagues who work within their own professional, geographic, or organizational circle. This requirement poses some common problems that have not been well discussed in the literature. This article addresses some of those problems and suggests some useful solutions.
