AB  - The question of causation is approached through a case description and analysis. An alternative perspective is discussed for addressing neuropsychiatric cases in the medicolegal context. Viewing medical litigation from the perspective of risk factors, timeline, and baseline may add clarity to the difficulty of understanding causation.
