AB  - Clinical and forensic evaluators are often faced with the task of answering unique questions about capacity and competency. One seldom-discussed question is that of an individual's capacity to marry. This article uses a case example as a framework for discussing the challenges of evaluating an individual's capacity to marry. We will set the background with legal history and then provide guidance for making this type of assessment.
