↵* Jonas R. Rappeport, M.D., is both Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry. University of Maryland School of Medicine, and Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Maryland Law School. He was the first President of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law. Since 1967 he has been the Chief Medical Officer for the Supreme Bench of Baltimore.
