↵* Mr. Hoff, a lawyer and senior research analyst at Contract Research Corporation, was Project Director and Team Leader of the Decision-making Team of this study. Prior to this, he has been a criminal justice consultant, a criminal justice planner for New York City, and an appellate attorney with the Legal Aid Society of New York City. He also completed the first two months of a psychiatric internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
